Hi! I’m Coach Emily Booth and I am the new Head Coach of the John F. Kennedy Girls Volleyball Program. I’ll be heading into her 3rd year of coaching at Kennedy and my 6th year coaching overall. I am a Colorado native who has played for roughly 12 years and competed in the NCAA at Johnson and Wales University. I am currently a Preschool Teacher by day and a tough coach by night! I am in the 1st year of rebuilding the Volleyball program here at Kennedy and I see such a bright future. Our kids are unlike anything else, and I am so excited to start this new and exciting journey with them! Go Commanders!
In the past our volleyball teams have teetered somewhere between 50-60th in Colorado, but we have set goals to not only become more competitive with our game, but more strategic as well. We as a program are working smarter, not harder, in order to beat our opponents. We are disciplined and do our jobs well. We measure our successes on more than just our win/loss record, but in doing this the wins will come!
