• Each teacher/staff member has one Meet link for parents/guardians/students to join at assigned times. This Meet link is posted on their Schoology page, shared with students, and with families, as well as shared with admin so that we can create a master Meet link list, perhaps the same link used for class. 
• Teachers/staff use SignUp.com (FREE) to sign up for times over the two evenings and send this link out to families.
